This position is central to driving pipeline growth across Aeries’ suite of solutions including Aeries Student Information System, JumpRope, and ActivityHero. The ideal candidate is a creative, detail-oriented marketing professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and brings a builder’s mindset to every campaign. You will work cross-functionally to develop and execute multi-channel demand generation programs that fuel the sales funnel and accelerate revenue.

What You’ll Do

  • Design, coordinate, and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns across email, paid digital advertising (LinkedIn, Google Ads), social media, web, and video to generate and nurture marketing qualified leads.
  • Create, schedule, and track performance for digital and print marketing content, including blogs, webinars, case studies, social posts, and website copy.
  • Build and manage advanced email campaigns, sequences, and automations in HubSpot, utilizing A/B testing strategies to continuously improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversion outcomes.
  • Manage and maintain website content in WordPress, applying SEO best practices and ensuring pages reflect current messaging and drive inbound traffic.
  • Design and produce webinars end-to-end, including topic ideation, campaigns, speaker preparation, and post-event follow-up nurture sequences.
  • Partner with the Director of Sales and the Manager of RevOps to align marketing activity with pipeline goals, track marketing qualified leads, and support sales enablement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Product Marketing to identify market opportunities and inform messaging, positioning, and campaign differentiation.
  • Develop copy for print and digital marketing materials with strong attention to brand consistency, accuracy, and detail, leveraging AI tools, Figma, and project management software as needed.
  • Align branding, advertising, public relations, and direct marketing initiatives with strategic marketing plans.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across the organization, including Product Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Events, to drive integrated marketing initiatives and support company goals.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on demand generation, digital marketing, or growth marketing. EdTech experience is preferred but not required.
  • Demonstrated experience planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns with measurable impact on pipeline and revenue
  • Strong creative writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt messaging across audiences, channels, and formats
  • Deep understanding of the marketing funnel, MQL definitions, and lead lifecycle management

  • Keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality in all deliverables, from campaign copy to analytics reporting
  • Motivated by and aligned to company values; you bring your whole self to work and care Aeries’ mission and vision of advancing student success
