This is a target-driven inside sales role. Your day revolves around reaching out to potential customers from our ready-to-use lead database, understanding what they need, explaining how our services can help, and guiding interested prospects to a confident "yes." You'll spend most of your day on the phone and in our CRM — calling, following up, and closing.

What You'll Do
- Make outbound calls each day to job seekers from our company-provided lead database.
- Explain our offerings — resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, and career support services — clearly and persuasively.
- Listen to each candidate's situation and recommend the services that genuinely fit.
- Build trust and interest through warm, professional conversations.
- Follow up consistently via calls and WhatsApp until prospects convert.
- Close sales and turn interested prospects into paying customers.
- Keep leads, follow-up schedules, remarks, and sales status accurate and up to date in the CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly conversion targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.

Eligibility
- Any Graduate or Diploma holder.
- Minimum 1 year of work experience.
- Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, business development, customer engagement, education counseling, recruitment, or service sales is strongly preferred.

- Confirmation is based on performance, attendance, discipline, and target achievement.
