Your day centers on connecting with candidates over the phone, preparing professional resumes, optimizing LinkedIn profiles, handling the paperwork and follow-ups that keep each candidate's service on track, and supporting the day-to-day work of the team. This is a service and coordination role — *not a sales role.* There are no conversion targets; your success is measured by how well and how promptly you deliver for each candidate.

What You'll Do
- Make frontline calls to candidates to gather information, share updates, and coordinate their career services.
- Prepare and format professional resumes based on candidate details and requirements.
- Optimize LinkedIn profiles to improve candidates' visibility to employers and recruiters.
- Handle service-related paperwork and documentation accurately
- Follow up consistently with candidates via calls and WhatsApp to keep work on schedule.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, status, and pending tasks in company systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth, on-time service delivery.
- Support day-to-day office tasks that keep the career services process running smoothly.

What You'll Need
- *Good written English* — you'll be creating resumes and LinkedIn content in English.
- Strong spoken *Tamil* for candidate calls; basic spoken English is helpful.
- Good listening and communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (typing, word processing, internet) and comfort using CRM and software tools.
- Strong organization and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail.
Eligibility
- Any Graduate or Diploma holder.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
- Experience in customer service, telecalling, content or resume writing, or office coordination is an added advantage — but not required.
Probation & Growth
- Probation period:* 3 months.
- Confirmation is based on performance, attendance, discipline, and quality of work.
