Reporting to the SR Digital Marketing Manager 

The Senior Inbound Marketing & Content Specialist is responsible for supporting the strategy, architecture, governance, and scalability of internal and customer-facing content across global marketing initiatives. This role focuses on producing high-quality written content that attracts, educates, and engages prospective customers while ensuring content is structured, optimized, and deployed effectively across channels to drive measurable business impact.  

This position is part of the Marketing organization and will be remote in Mexico. 
 

In this role, a typical day will look like: 

  • Developing and delivering clear, compelling written marketing content aligned with global campaigns, brand voice, governance standards, and performance metrics such as SEO, engagement, and conversion 

  • Partnering with marketing, sales, and technical subject matter experts to translate complex concepts into customer-focused content aligned to buyer personas and journey stages 

  • Managing content deliverables from intake through production, review, and publishing while balancing multiple priorities and deadlines 

  • Publishing, maintaining, and updating content across marketing platforms to ensure consistency, reuse, and scalability 

  • Driving continuous improvement of content processes, workflows, and systems to increase efficiency and quality 

  • Mapping and optimizing end-to-end content workflows across people, tools, and processes 

 
 

The essential requirements of the job include: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, technical writing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience 

  • 4–7 years of experience in marketing, content, or writing-focused roles, preferably in B2B, industrial, or technical environments 

  • Native-level proficiency in written and spoken English demonstrated through professional writing experience 

  • Experience working with website content management systems and structured content workflows 

  • Familiarity with marketing tools such as Microsoft Office, CMS platforms, CRM or marketing automation systems, and content or digital asset management tools
