Job description

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, your work at Tegria will focus on driving recruiting and/or staffing efforts and achieving hiring targets for assigned service lines. You will quickly and accurately connect the dots between client and team needs and candidate needs and capabilities. You will partner with hiring managers, build and maintain talent pipelines, and create positive candidate experiences. In this role, you will execute the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing and identifying top talent, reviewing applications, conducting candidate interviews, confirming candidate behavioral and technical skill sets, extending and negotiating employment offers, and coordinating onboarding requests.

  • Collaborates with team leadership to design and execute talent acquisition strategy for assigned service lines. 

  • Grows and maintains expertise in assigned service lines to serve as a talent partner to hiring managers, understanding their business and client needs and providing talent recommendations. Acts as the primary point of contact for talent acquisition inquiries and concerns. 

  • Evaluates processes for continuous improvement. Researches tools and industry trends, gathers feedback and creates or modifies tools and process to efficiency and effectiveness. 

  • Executes recruiting and/or staffing efforts to achieve hiring targets while complying with guidelines, processes, and procedures. 

  • Strategically identifies, sources, and recruits best-fit candidates. Applies advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage with top-tier professionals and consultants.  

  • Builds and maintains long-term candidate relationships and a robust talent pipeline aligned with business needs. Maintains a bench of top talent. 

  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with external vendors, staffing partners, and consultants to support talent acquisition and workforce needs.

  • Collaborates effectively with third-party recruiting vendors and staffing partners to ensure quality candidate delivery and positive working relationships.

  • Serves as a strategic partner to external recruiting and consulting vendors, maintaining strong communication, accountability, and service standards.

  • Manages the recruitment process to ensure it meets the evolving priorities of Tegria and clients. 

  • Manages the full-cycle consultant vetting lifecycle, including personalized outreach, reference review, interviews, behavioral and technical skillset assessments, and creating a positive candidate experience 

  • Demonstrates the benefits of working with Tegria by offering engaging, personalized attention to all prospective candidates and consultants. 

  • Vets candidates’ availability for, interest in, and motivation for staffing opportunities; prepares and tailors candidate resumes / profiles; executes candidate submissions; and negotiates offer and employment terms. 

  • May serve as an advocate to project-based consultants to build their desire and excitement to work with Tegria and to ensure Tegria is their top choice for future contracts. 

  • Synthesizes rapidly changing information to strategically respond to opportunities and candidates. 

  • Accurately and timely updates and maintains information in the applicant and job tracking systems, using reports, dashboards, and auditing techniques. 

  • Communicates sourcing and coordinator needs to others in Talent Acquisition. May delegate tasks and projects to others to advance the work of talent acquisition.  

  • Collaborates cross-functionally to achieve desired outcomes and ensure effective talent acquisition processes.  

  • Meets and exceeds productivity goals. 

  • Tracks metrics on daily, weekly, and monthly basis for screening, submittal, client submittal, and interview activity. 

  • Participates on new projects and initiatives, as needed. 

  • Serve as the primary backup to senior team members for assigned service line needs including, but not limited to interview scheduling, job postings, candidate sourcing, and candidate communication. 

  • Performs other generally related duties as assigned.

What we’re looking for

We expect:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources or Organizational Development, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 

  • 5+ years’ experience in recruiting, preferably in the Consulting industry. 

  • Experience recruiting within healthcare IT, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), or healthcare professional services environments preferred.

  • Demonstrated success with meeting and exceeding hiring targets. 

  • Track record of successfully placing candidates in relevant roles and in recruiting for types of candidates needed in assigned service lines.   

  • Experience effectively leveraging contemporary industry social networking and applicant tracking systems and working with third party sourcing/recruiting agencies.  

  • Experience successfully collaborating with others and mentoring less experienced team members. 

  • Strong understanding of the client and/or candidate sides of the placement process. 

  • Strong working knowledge of the talent acquisition function. 

  • Understanding of contracts, employment offer terms, etc.  

  • Thorough understanding of the types of jobs and skillsets involved in assigned service lines. 

  • Strong vendor relationship management, communication, and partnership skills.

  • Proven ability to build collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders, consultants, and external staffing partners.

  • Ability to effectively manage multiple external recruiting and consulting relationships in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiar with applicable laws and regulations, e.g. EEO, FLSA. 

  • W2 project-based consultants will be expected to provide a computing device that adheres to industry standards and security best practices to use in satisfying the Project Services on behalf of Tegria

Salary Range

$85,000 - $110,000
