Job description

Job Title: Recruiter (Full Cycle)

Location: South Africa

Job Type: Full-Time, Remote

Working Hours: Pacific Standard Time (9am-5pm PST)

Salary: South African Rand (ZAR)

A motivated and professional Full Cycle Recruiter is sought to support recruitment operations within an ABA environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating hiring processes, and maintaining communication with candidates and hiring teams. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, recruitment experience, and the ability to manage multiple hiring processes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate documentation
  • Utilize recruitment platforms and CRM systems to manage candidate pipelines
  • Track candidate progress and ensure timely follow-up throughout the hiring process
  • Support onboarding coordination and recruitment administration tasks
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support hiring needs and workforce planning
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all recruitment activities
  • Support additional recruitment and administrative tasks as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) highly preferred
  • Previous full-cycle recruitment experience required
  • Experience recruiting within healthcare, ABA services, or staffing environments preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
  • Must be well spoken and professional in communication required
  • Experience using JazzHR required
  • Basic CRM knowledge required
  • Experience using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems required
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and follow-up abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup
