Lithia & Driveway | Communications Specialist

Location: Medford, Or (preferred - open to remote)

Compensation Range: $16.85-$24.05/hr, with a typical starting range of

$20.50-$21.00/hr. Actual pay may vary based on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.

What You’ll Do

Customer Support

  • Resolve customer inquiries related to payments, inventory, funding, banking, and general concerns
  • Provide support across phone, email, and chat channels
  • Escalate and document issues appropriately

Operations & Problem Solving

  • Partner with Shared Services teams to identify solutions and perform root cause analysis
  • Navigate multiple systems efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Assist with process improvements and knowledgebase updates

Collaboration & Performance

  • Meet Quality Assurance and performance expectations
  • Prioritize tasks effectively while maintaining accuracy
  • Build strong relationships with dealerships, leadership, and cross-functional teams

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum 2 years of related experience
  • Strong attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple systems simultaneously
  • Associate’s degree preferred (not required)
  • Background in banking, finance, or accounting strongly preferred
  • Experience with ancillary products such as GAP, lifetime oil plans, and related F&I products is a plus
