Job description

Position: Personal Assistant (ABA)

Working Hours: US Hours (9am-5pm EST)

Location: Full-Time, Remote (South Africa)

Salary: South African Rand (ZAR)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative and personal assistant support to management and clinical teams
  • Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and coordination of meetings or appointments
  • Support day-to-day operations and ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently
  • Communicate professionally with clients, families, and internal team members
  • Assist with reports, documentation, data entry, and maintaining organized records
  • Learn and assist across different departments to gain a broad understanding of company operations
  • Take initiative in identifying areas where additional support may be needed
  • Adapt to new responsibilities and workflows as training progresses

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the company
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and dependable
  • Previous administrative or assistant experience is beneficial but not required
  • Interest in the ABA field or healthcare administration is advantageous
