Understand business needs across Service Desk, Delivery, Sales, and Finance; translate them into Halo PSA workflows
Configure core modules including ticketing, SLAs, workflows, time tracking, and billing
Customize ticket lifecycles, forms, automation rules, user roles, and permissions
Integrate Halo PSA with CRM, finance, and other tools; manage data migration and ensure data accuracy
Design processes for client management, service delivery, escalation, and SLA adherence
Build dashboards and reports for operational, financial, and leadership visibility
Conduct UAT, resolve gaps, and support deployment with post-go-live stabilization
Create SOPs and train internal teams for ongoing system usage and management

Job description

This is a remote position.

Objective

Lead the implementation, configuration, and customization of Halo PSA to align with Managed IT Services workflows and business processes.

Key Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering:

Understand business needs across Service Desk, Delivery, Sales, and Finance; translate them into Halo PSA workflows.
Implementation & Setup:

Configure core modules including ticketing, SLAs, workflows, time tracking, and billing.
Customization:

Customize ticket lifecycles, forms, automation rules, user roles, and permissions.
Integrations & Data Migration:

Integrate Halo PSA with CRM, finance, and other tools; manage data migration and ensure data accuracy.
Workflow Optimization (MSP Focus):

Design processes for client management, service delivery, escalation, and SLA adherence.
Reporting & Dashboards:

Build dashboards and reports for operational, financial, and leadership visibility.
Testing & Go-Live:

Conduct UAT, resolve gaps, and support deployment with post-go-live stabilization.
Documentation & Training:

Create SOPs and train internal teams for ongoing system usage and management.
