SOFTSWISS is hiring a Communications & Employer Brand Manager to join our Brand Marketing team. Youβll help strengthen the companyβs reputation as an employer of choice and drive visibility across key markets through creative campaigns and consistent brand storytelling.
You will lead the development and execution of the global Employer Brand strategy to support SOFTSWISS growth and talent attraction goals. Your work will strengthen how potential candidates and employees experience the brand across digital channels, events, internal initiatives, and professional communities.
Develop and implement the SOFTSWISS Employer Brand strategy aligned with overall corporate and marketing objectives.
Define and regularly update the EVP, employer brand positioning, key messages, target audiences, and priority GEOs.
Create and execute monthly and quarterly communication plans with clear objectives, KPIs, and communication channels.
Increase employer brand awareness and attractiveness across key regions in alignment with the global marketing strategy.
Organise and coordinate campaigns with external agencies: prepare briefs, manage tenders, select partners, and oversee quality and documentation.
Develop and supervise the production of advertising and creative materials, including videos, banners, digital assets, and branded merchandise.
Coordinate internal communications initiatives from the Brand Team side, ensuring consistency of messaging, tone of voice, and alignment with the overall brand strategy.
Analyse campaign performance, prepare KPI reports, and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Build effective cross-functional collaboration with HR, Internal Communications, PR, and Marketing teams.
Support and initiate the companyβs participation in professional rankings, awards, conferences, and industry exhibitions.
At least 2 years of experience in Communications Marketing & Employer Brand.
Senior-level project management skills within cross-functional environments are a must, including strong organisational, stakeholder management, negotiation, prioritisation, and strategic thinking capabilities, with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and channels, including performance and content-driven communication.
Advanced English proficiency.
Advanced Russian proficiency.
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a high level of ownership and accountability.
Ability to multitask, manage deadlines effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
High level of communication skills, adaptability, and stress resistance.
