We're now looking for a hands-on builder who can own our content engine end-to-end — from strategy and editorial planning to writing, distribution, and measurement. You'll sit at the intersection of Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Sales, turning complex narratives into content that drives pipeline across the full buyer journey.

About the job

What you will do:

  • Editorial calendar: own end-to-end planning aligned to go-to-market priorities, campaigns, launches, and sales needs

  • Hands-on content creation: write thought leadership, campaign assets, sales enablement, customer stories, blog posts, landing pages, and webinar content

  • Full-funnel asset development: build content for awareness, consideration, and decision stages; proactively fill gaps that support pipeline and deal progression

  • Distribution and repurposing: activate content across web, LinkedIn, email, events, and paid channels; maximize reach by repurposing flagship assets

  • Sales and demand gen alignment: develop content that supports account-based marketing, demand generation, and sales-led motions; turn live deal insights into reusable assets

  • Performance and optimization: track engagement, pipeline influence, and sales usage; use data to refine the content roadmap

  • Content operations: build scalable systems for planning, production, and approvals; manage freelancers and agencies as needed; leverage AI tools to improve speed and quality

About you

To be successful in this role, you need:

  • 6–10 years of B2B SaaS content marketing experience, ideally in a high-growth or Series B/C environment

  • Proven hands-on writing and storytelling skills — you create content, not just manage others who do

  • Experience with enterprise or complex B2B sales cycles and supporting demand gen, account-based marketing, and sales enablement

  • Ability to translate complex products and market dynamics into clear business value for enterprise buyers

  • Strong project management skills: comfortable managing multiple workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously

  • Commercial mindset: clear understanding of how content contributes to pipeline and revenue

  • Native-level English proficiency with excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills

  • HubSpot or similar CMS/marketing automation experience (plus)

  • Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and content performance metrics (plus)

  • Experience using AI tools to improve content workflows (strong plus)

  • Comfortable with ambiguity — able to build new systems and processes from scratch in a fast-moving environment

This role is fully remote, but you will need to be a current resident for tax purposes in one of the chosen locations.
