FullStack Developer (Wordpress)

Purpose of the role:

As a FullStack Developer (WordPress), you will be responsible for creating fast, scalable, and visually polished web solutions using modern PHP and frontend technologies. You will play a key role in developing custom themes, plugins, and interactive user experiences while contributing to technical architecture, code quality, and continuous improvement of development workflows.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain custom WordPress solutions with a focus on scalability, performance, and user experience.

• Build modern, responsive frontend interfaces and robust backend functionality.

• Integrate third-party services and APIs to support product and business needs.

• Collaborate closely with design and product teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences.

• Improve code quality, development workflows, and overall platform performance using modern tools and AI-assisted development practices.

Required Experience:

• Strong commercial experience with WordPress development.

• Good knowledge of PHP 8+ and MySQL.

• Experience with custom WordPress theme and plugin development.

• Excellent knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS/SASS.

• Strong adaptive and cross-browser layout skills.

• Good knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+).

• Experience working with modern frontend build tools (Vite, Webpack).

• Understanding of REST API and third-party service integrations.

• Experience with Git version control.

• Understanding of clean, maintainable, and scalable code principles.

• Confident usage of modern AI tools in daily development workflow (ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot, etc.).

• English and Russian proficiency at an upper-intermediate level (B2+)

Nice to have:

• Experience with Laravel or other PHP frameworks.

• Experience with frontend animations and interactive UI (CSS animations, GSAP, three.js, etc.).

• Understanding of SEO and web performance optimization.

• Basic experience with Docker and CI/CD processes.

• Basic understanding of UX/UI principles.
