Help us in keeping our allied aircrews safe! We create embedded software for airborne self-protection systems. We take full ownership across the lifecycle of high-performance solutions where quality truly matters. Interested?
The systems you will work on are physically installed in an aircraft. We develop software for resource-constrained platforms that aircrew depend on when going into harm’s way. The performance, robustness, and reliability of our systems are crucial – perhaps now more than ever. We are proud to deliver on this, and we are very good at it!
Your role in our team
You will develop embedded software for mission‑critical systems across the full software lifecycle from early requirements and design to implementation, testing, deployment, and long‑term improvements. Equally important, you will use your technical and personal competences and experience to support our continued team expansion.
You will join a team that takes great pride in what they build. You will take responsibility, work closely with skilled colleagues across disciplines, and help ensure that the software we deliver meets the highest standards for safety and quality.
How you will make a meaningful contribution
Beyond developing high-quality embedded software, you will:
-
- Collaborate with colleagues across software, systems, test, and hardware to build complete and reliable solutions
- Proactively contribute to decisions on architecture, tools, and development practices, always with quality and lifecycle in mind
Bring your expertise into play
To succeed in this role, you:
-
- Have strong experience with modern C++ as your primary tool for delivering robust, reliable embedded systems
- Are experienced with modern development practices — code reviews, Git, and automated testing in build pipelines are familiar parts of your workflow
- Are comfortable working close to hardware and navigating performance and resource constraints
- Hold a relevant technical degree or bring equivalent hands-on experience
Furthermore, experience with real‑time systems and the aerospace or defense domain is an advantage but not a requirement.
As a person, you know your craft and care about building technology the right way. You stay curious, grow continuously, challenge ideas when needed, and are comfortable asking difficult questions. You take ownership, collaborate naturally with others, and follow things through.
