Day to Day Responsibilities:
Recruiting, sourcing, screening candidates and managing internal clients.
Manage end-to-end recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
Conduct candidate screenings and ensure alignment with job requirements and organizational culture
Coordinate and manage interviews, including virtual/video interviews.
Required Skills:
Minimum 5 years of related recruiting experience.
Experience recruiting for various skillsets.
Proficient in high-volume recruiting and sourcing techniques in a fast-paced environment.
Consultative approach with clients, proven experience influencing others, and building strong relationships with senior business leaders and hiring teams.
Familiarity with multiple interview channels, including video (HireVue) technology.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems, including Avature.
Preferred Skills:
Creative sourcing methods.
Experience with Ad-hoc reporting.
Experience working with PowerPoint and data tools.
