Cogent Infotech Corporation has opening for Technical Recruiting Manager in Pittsburgh, PA.
 
Duties: Understand business strategies, diagnose current organization performance, and develop plans to support continue business growth through recruitment of engineers and other technical staff.  Responsible for human resource strategies and programs, including employee engagement, employee relations and compensation/benefits.  Responsible for talent management, people analytics and strategic business partnering.
 
Requirements: Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field with at least three (3) years of experience in job offered or related occupation such as HR Business Partner or People Program Specialist.  A baccalaureate degree with 5 years of post-baccalaureate, progressive experience is acceptable for Master’s equivalency.  Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
