About the role

We’re looking for an Enterprise Account Executive in the NOLA region (based in Ciudad de Mexico) with a proven track record in B2B sales—ideally within a SaaS environment—to join Simetrik and help accelerate our revenue growth.


This role is ideal for a strong communicator and strategic seller who excels at negotiating and closing complex enterprise deals. You are someone who can confidently manage sales processes involving multiple stakeholders, while maintaining a well-structured and healthy pipeline.


Beyond closing new business, you proactively identify and drive additional revenue opportunities within the existing customer base through cross-selling and upselling. You thrive in fast-paced environments, are highly self-motivated, and feel comfortable collaborating with cross-functional and remote teams.


Responsibilities


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer account management matters.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profits.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and prospective clients.
  • Conduct regular in-person client visits, ensuring consistent on-site engagement and relationship building.}
  • Proactively identify and capitalize on additional revenue opportunities within the existing customer base through cross-selling and upselling.


Minimum qualifications


  • B2B SaaS sales experience in the NOLA region (based in Ciudad de Mexico).
  • Strong overall sales expertise.
  • Proven ability to collaborate, persuade, and negotiate large enterprise deals.
  • Ability to effectively manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • A true “closer” with a track record of leading complex deals involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Highly self-motivated, with a strong drive for continuous growth and improvement.
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional and remote teams.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Startup experience is a plus.
