Job role: Technical Lead
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 months

Job Description
Experienced Technical Lead/Software Engineer to lead projects and provide subject matter expertise and technical direction. The successful candidate will also be responsible for leading and assisting in application solution design, code development, maintenance, and promotion, as well as creating and executing unit test cases and plans.

Proficient in Java, JEE and SQL
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate technical ideas and solutions.

Required Skills/Experience
Proficient in web technologies and frameworks
Understanding and working knowledge of basic UNIX/Linux commands.
Batch jobs using Spring Batch, or similar technologies, with experience in job scheduling and execution.
Experience with project build tools such as ANT, MAVEN and NANT.
Knowledge of security practices related to web services including certificates, encryption, JWT, Basic Auth, LDAP, and SSO implementations.
Project planning and execution
Coaching and development of team members to achieve their full potential

Preferred Skills/Experience:
Experience with server management and deployment on platforms like JBoss, WebSphere, and IIS.
Eclipse, IntelliJ, and Visual Studio for development and debugging.
.NET, JSF, Grails, Spring Boot
Healthcare experience with knowledge of EDI transactions

Education/Certifications
Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
