Functional knowledge and understanding of benefits terminology
Experience with gap analysis and solution design
Ability to document and communicate changes to business processes
Knowledge of Darwin is a Plus

Role: Senior Benefits Product Manager Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week) Contract Duration: 12 months Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri) Location: 100% Remote (Candidates can work from anywhere in India or LATAM Countries)
Responsibilities:
Coordinate with implementation partners and vendors to ensure the timelines and deadlines are met
Manage end to end- gap analysis- coming up with solution, design high level integrations.
Define the data needed to feed into the Benefits application
Needs to have functional knowledge and understanding of benefits terminology
Understand, document and communicate impact of configuration changes to global business processes and system users
Provide documentation and artifacts required for each phase of the development life cycle
Develop test cases and peer review code of other developers
Provide production support and respond to issues and incidents in a timely manner
Ensure compliance with technical best practices, standards and policies
*Knowledge of Darwin is a Plus
Develop and modify reports to help the business in their metric and analytical needs for decision making
Conduct quality assurance & integration testing to ensure all business requirements have been met
