About Fundraise Up

We’re Fundraise Up - a global fundraising platform built to make donating to nonprofits fast, seamless, and accessible to all. Every month, our technology powers tens of millions of dollars in donations across the globe. We focus on innovation that directly impacts results: faster load times, higher conversion rates, global payment support, and accessibility-first design.

Our platform is trusted by many of the world’s leading nonprofits, including UNICEF, the Alzheimer’s Association, and a wide range of global NGOs. With a 4.9/5 rating across top software review platforms, we’re recognized not just for our impact - but for the quality of the product we deliver.

A Truly Global Product

We operate in the enterprise segment, serving nonprofit organizations across North America, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Europe.

We’re building a large and complex product ecosystem that serves nonprofits, donors, and partners around the world. The platform includes a modern checkout experience and customizable widgets (each a standalone SPA), donor, organization, and partner portals, admin tools, and several internal apps.

The Team

We are a distributed team of 160+ product professionals. Our team members are mainly based across Spain, Poland, Portugal, Georgia, Armenia, Serbia, Turkey, and Cyprus.

Despite our scale, we operate like a focused team - where every task matters and every voice is heard. We value thoughtful collaboration, strong engineering practices, and a product mindset. You’ll be joining a team where quality, mentorship, and mutual respect come first.

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Group Product Manager to lead one of our Core Product domains.
You will be responsible for leading a team of Product Managers, driving measurable business outcomes, and ensuring predictable execution across multiple product areas.
Unlike an individual Product Manager, your success is measured not only by product delivery, but by how effectively your organization operates—developing people, improving execution quality, aligning cross-functional teams, and consistently delivering business results.
You will partner closely with the Director of Core Products & Platform to translate portfolio priorities into coordinated execution while helping Product Managers operate autonomously.

What You'll Own

  • Business outcomes across your product domain (conversion, adoption, retention, revenue, reliability)
  • Execution quality across multiple Product Managers and product areas
  • Roadmap coherence and delivery predictability
  • Cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Design, Analytics, GTM, Support, and Operations
  • People leadership, coaching, performance management, and team development
  • Portfolio visibility, execution governance, and risk management
  • Hiring, organizational scaling, and Product Management excellence

What You'll Do

  • Hire, coach, and develop Product Managers across multiple product areas.
  • Build an autonomous, high-performing team with a strong culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Translate company strategy into measurable product outcomes.
  • Drive prioritization based on business impact and customer value.
  • Ensure roadmap investments deliver measurable results.
  • Own portfolio planning and roadmap alignment across multiple teams.
  • Improve delivery predictability, execution quality, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Balance customer value, technical investments, and long-term product sustainability.
  • Establish operating mechanisms, planning frameworks, and Product Management best practices that enable organizational scale.
  • Continuously improve decision-making, prioritization, and execution quality.
  • Raise the hiring bar, develop future Product leaders, and help shape the evolution of the Product organization.
  • Foster strong collaboration across Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, and GTM.
  • Apply AI to accelerate research, planning, decision-making, and communication.
  • Help the team adopt AI-enabled workflows that improve productivity and execution quality.

What Success Looks Like

  • Business outcomes: domain metrics consistently improve quarter over quarter
  • Execution predictability: roadmap commitments become increasingly reliable and transparent
  • Roadmap quality: multiple product roadmaps remain aligned and reinforce one another
  • Delivery excellence: execution risks are identified early and mitigated proactively
  • Cross-functional trust: Engineering, Design, Analytics, and GTM consistently experience clear, predictable collaboration
  • People growth: Product Managers demonstrate increasing autonomy, ownership, and decision quality
  • Organization health: strong engagement, healthy retention, and successful internal growth
  • Operational maturity: scalable operating processes enable faster execution without sacrificing product quality
  • Leadership visibility: portfolio health, priorities, and execution risks are consistently visible and well understood across leadership

Requirements

  • 8+ years in Product Management, preferably in B2B SaaS or high-growth technology companies
  • 5+ years leading Product Managers or managing multiple product teams
  • Proven experience owning business outcomes across multiple products or domains
  • Strong people leadership, coaching, and organizational development skills
  • Experience building and scaling high-performing Product organizations
  • Excellent stakeholder management across Engineering, Design, Analytics, and GTM
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-informed decisions
  • Experience managing complex product portfolios and cross-team dependencies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable operating in fast-moving, high-growth environments
  • Experience leveraging AI to improve product management workflows is a strong plus
  • Fluent English (C1+)

Why Work With Us

  • Real ownership over high-impact bets with the authority and team to pursue them
  • Leadership that values clear thinking over activity
  • Permission — and expectation — to kill bad ideas early
  • Access to real customers, real data, and real constraints
  • Flat structure, transparent culture, and equity participation

Compensation

  • The compensation range for this role is GEL15,300 - GEL16,300 gross.
  • Final compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, qualifications, alignment with the role’s requirements and location.

Benefits

Our compensation package includes comprehensive benefits and perks, meaningful equity, and a competitive salary:

  • 31 days of paid time off
  • 100% paid telemedicine plan
  • Home office setup assistance
  • English learning courses
  • Professional education budget
  • Gym or swimming pool membership
  • Co-working support
  • Fully remote work
