  • Support DCAA audits and external financial reviews as needed
  • Manage job costing, project setup, and cost allocations

Systems & Process Ownership

  • Own and optimize Unanet
  • Establish scalable accounting processes and internal controls
  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities

Operational Oversight

  • Oversee AR/AP functions and ensure timely execution
  • Manage and coordinate with bookkeepers, external accountants, or vendors
  • Ensure all financial operations run smoothly and efficiently

Requirements

  • Proven experience in government contracting (GovCon) accounting
  • Hands-on experience with Unanet
  • Demonstrated ownership of the full accounting function (Controller-level responsibility)
