Job description

We are seeking an experienced Veeva Vault Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Veeva Vault solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with Veeva Vault applications such as QualityDocs, PromoMats, QMS, RIM, or Clinical. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, compliant solutions that align with regulatory requirements and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and analyze business requirements related to Veeva Vault applications.
  • Design, configure, and implement Veeva Vault solutions across multiple modules (e.g., QualityDocs, QMS, PromoMats, RIM, Clinical).
  • Develop and maintain configuration documentation and training materials.
  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to support system integration and data migration activities.
  • Conduct user training and support testing (UAT, SIT) phases.
  • Stay up to date with Veeva releases and advise on best practices and new features.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and support ongoing maintenance and enhancements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience with Veeva Vault implementation and configuration.
  • Solid understanding of Life Sciences regulatory processes (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11).
  • Experience with one or more Veeva Vault modules: QualityDocs, PromoMats, RIM, QMS, Clinical, eTMF.
  • Strong understanding of document management, workflows, metadata, and permissions in Veeva Vault.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Veeva Vault Certification(s).
  • Experience with data migration tools or Veeva APIs.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce platform and related technologies.
