Job description

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Dell Boomi Consultant with proven expertise in designing and deploying end-to-end integration solutions using the Dell Boomi AtomSphere platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building, managing, and troubleshooting integration processes across cloud and on-premise systems, and possess a strong background in enterprise application integration (EAI) and service-oriented architecture (SOA).
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain integration processes using Dell Boomi AtomSphere.
  • Deploy and manage Boomi integrations across cloud and on-premise environments.
  • Set up and configure Dell Boomi infrastructure in both cloud and on-prem environments.
  • Monitor, support, and troubleshoot integration workflows and platform issues.
  • Build scalable Boomi processes with exception handling, alert frameworks, and reusability.
  • Perform certificate configuration, process deployment, shared services setup, and environment extensions.
  • Leverage integration packs, connectors, listeners, and APIs for system integrations.
  • Work with various data formats and protocols such as JSON, XML, CSV, SFTP, and HTTP.
  • Apply transformation technologies and scripting (XSLT, XPath, Java, Groovy) as part of integration solutions.
  • Participate actively in Agile practices including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Dell Boomi AtomSphere.
  • Proficient in designing and deploying integrations using Boomi Process Builder.
  • Strong understanding of API management, cloud concepts, and logical activities.
  • Knowledge of data formats (JSON, XML, Flat Files) and communication protocols (HTTP, SFTP).
  • Familiar with EAI, SOA architecture, and best practices in integration solutions.
  • Experience with scripting languages like Java and Groovy for transformation logic.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Dell Boomi Professional Certification.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Background in middleware or integration consulting.
