About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to drive cutting-edge implementations and enhancements for the ServiceNow platform. In this leadership role, you will own technical solutions, manage a team of developers, and ensure seamless project delivery through collaborative design and development practices. Key Responsibilities:

  • Customize workflows, build advanced workflow activities, and troubleshoot issues under pressure.
  • Drive compliance by monitoring ServiceNow health, usage, and alignment with best practices.
  • Build and maintain comprehensive technical documentation to ensure transparency and scalability.
  • Facilitate system upgrades, sub-production testing, and regression remediation.
  • Coordinate blueprinting workshops, contributing to documentation and project estimation.
  • Host training sessions for ServiceNow professionals to advance their technical expertise and adoption of best practices.
Required Qualifications:
