We are seeking an experienced Institutional Investment Manager to join our Investment Consulting Team and play a key role in the growth and development of our investment consulting practice in Canada.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing investment advisory solutions and services to a diverse client base, including:

Corporate and multi-employer pension plans
Endowments and foundations
Private counsel operations
Wealth management programs

Key areas of expertise should include:

Investment consulting
Portfolio management
Investment research
Investment product design
Business development within the Canadian marketplace

This role also involves mentoring and managing team members and contributing to the Canadian Leadership or Management Team.
Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate should have demonstrated experience in investment consulting for pension funds, benefit funds, and wealth management organizations with subject matter expertise in:

Institutional investment consulting – Understanding investment markets, strategies, structuring, and relevant investment managers/sources.
Portfolio management – Asset allocation, risk management, compliance, performance attribution, and operational projects.
Leadership & mentorship – Developing, educating, managing, and mentoring team members.

Basic Qualifications:
