Must-Haves

Strong Financial background and execution of CAPEX budget

Experience managing CAPEX equipment (Heavy equipment / Physical assets) worth at least $500M

Leadership experience (Coaching and development of Analysts preferred)

Strategic capability experience

7-10 years in large national fleet management, or other relevant experience

Nice-To-Haves

Finance, Management, or business-related discipline.

Successful track record and experience in managing, maintaining, analyzing trends, forecasting, and effective reporting of data

Role offers flexibility to be based anywhere in North America (NAM), allowing for a wide range of potential locations

Directly lead a team of 6-7 members responsible for critical business support functions such as Asset Management, Fleet Sales, and Warranty Claims

Lead the preparation and execution of the annual CAPEX budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

Develop systems and reports to analyze data for fleet decisions, inventory management, and key performance metrics.

Maintain records and distribute reports on variances and fleet performance.

Ensure fleet compliance with regulatory agencies such as EPA and CARB. Maintain records to ensure visibility and adherence to regulatory requirements

Assist in evaluating capital investment needs, fleet disposals, and overall fleet strategy.

Collaborate with global fleet teams, Purchasing, and Capital Project Managers to align strategies with business goals and budget
