DevOps Architect / Manager

Job description:

Minimum 14+ years of experience in DevOps/Infrastructure engineering roles and 5+ years in architectural or strategic leadership positions
Design and establish a DevOps Center of Excellence (CoE), including governance framework, operating model, and metrics
Develop comprehensive business cases for continued investment in DevOps transformation initiatives
Create and maintain DevOps capability maturity models and assessment frameworks
Define ROI metrics and KPIs for measuring DevOps transformation success
Establish standardized processes, tools, and best practices across the organization
Drive cultural transformation and adoption of DevOps practices
Create strategic roadmaps for tool consolidation and optimization
Design enterprise-wide security and compliance frameworks for cloud infrastructure
Lead the development of reusable infrastructure components and deployment patterns
Establish automated lifecycle management processes
Design self-service capabilities for cloud infrastructure provisioning
Provide technical oversight for global migration initiatives
Experience with building CI/CD using GitHub and migrating repositories to GitHub
Advanced expertise in Infrastructure-as-Code
Deep understanding of cloud security architecture and compliance frameworks
Strong background in DevSecOps practices and security automation
