Job Title: Financial Analyst

Reports To: Finance Manager / Director of Finance


Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our finance team. The role involves analyzing financial data, preparing reports, developing forecasts, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and business growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze financial statements, trends, and performance metrics to identify opportunities and risks.

  • Prepare detailed financial models, forecasts, and variance analyses.

  • Support budgeting and long-range financial planning processes.

  • Conduct profitability, cost, and ROI analysis for projects or business units.

  • Provide financial insights to management for strategic and operational decisions.

  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend improvements.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, sales, accounting) to gather financial data.

  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, accounting standards, and internal controls.

  • Participate in audits, capital expenditure evaluations, and business case development.


Qualifications and Skills:
