The Senior Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a proven sales professional who can work independently, mentor junior sales staff, and contribute to overall sales strategy.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets
Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
Conduct needs assessments and propose tailored solutions to clients
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales effectively
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and CRM records
Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales efforts
Mentor and support junior sales representatives when required
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
5+ years of proven experience in sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Strong relationship-building and customer management abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office
Experience in B2B sales or industry-specific sales (as applicable)
Prior experience mentoring or leading junior sales team members
Strategic thinking and consultative selling experience
