Junior Product Manager – Job Description

Role Overview

A Junior Product Manager supports the product team in planning, building, and improving products. This role involves working closely with engineering, design, marketing, and stakeholders to deliver user-focused solutions while learning core product management skills.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in defining product vision, goals, and roadmap
  • Gather and analyze user requirements and feedback
  • Write clear product requirements documents (PRDs) and user stories
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams
  • Support feature prioritization and backlog management
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
  • Track product performance using data and analytics
  • Conduct market and competitor research
  • Help in product launches and go-to-market activities
  • Ensure features meet quality and user expectations

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
