We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to lead and evolve Shapermint’s organic social presence across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.

This role is not about simply posting content. It’s about understanding how social algorithms behave, identifying cultural and category trends early, and turning those insights into content that people genuinely want to watch, save, share, and engage with.

You’ll own the social strategy end-to-end, from trend analysis and content ideation to creative direction, performance tracking, and optimization. We’re looking for someone who understands both aesthetics and performance, someone capable of building a social presence that feels elevated, aspirational, body-positive, and highly relevant to modern consumers.

You’ll work closely with Influencer, Paid Media, Creative, CX, and Growth teams to ensure social content supports broader campaign initiatives while also driving measurable engagement and revenue impact.

  • Developing creative concepts and content series designed to increase engagement, shares, saves, watch time, and organic growth

  • Turning performance insights into actionable creative directions and structured content testing

  • Leading the aesthetic and creative direction of Shapermint’s social channels

  • Creating strong creative briefs with clear hooks, narratives, format direction, and platform-specific execution guidance

  • Using AI tools daily to accelerate trend analysis, competitor research, ideation, and creative workflows

  • Tracking social KPIs and identifying opportunities to improve both engagement and revenue contribution

  • Managing content calendars and coordinating execution across internal teams and external partners

  • Bringing fresh, unexpected, and culturally relevant ideas to the table consistently
