Roles & Responsibilities

Extensive experience in test automation and manual testing with hands-on use of Robot Framework and Python.
Proven ability to design, implement, and maintain test automation frameworks and apply Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
Experience configuring and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab) and integrating automated tests into build processes.
Domain expertise in Salesforce and API testing using Postman, with experience handling complex integrations.

Requirements:

Design, implement, and maintain test automation frameworks (Robot Framework) and develop automated test scripts using Robot Framework or Python, applying BDD.
Perform thorough manual functional testing where automation is not applicable, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and report bugs using Jira/Xray or similar tools.
Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitLab or similar) and integrate automated testing into the build process to ensure continuous quality checks.
Conduct specialized testing including API testing (Postman) and ensure quality for domain-specific platforms such as Salesforce, including testing across complex integrations and workflows.

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Quality Engineer with a strong background in test automation and manual testing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess technical expertise, hands-on experience with tools and frameworks, and a collaborative mindset to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Test Automation & Framework Development Design, implement, and maintain test automation frameworks using tools like Robot Framework. Develop test scripts utilizing Robot Framework or other scripting tools. Utilize programming languages such as Python to create robust automated test cases. Implement Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
Manual & Functional Testing Perform thorough manual testing where automation is not applicable. Collaborate with team members for cross-functional and cross-product testing efforts. Identify and report bugs using Jira, Xray, or similar tools.
Team Collaboration & Education Actively involve the team in quality initiatives and educate them on testing best practices. Work closely with a dedicated product team to establish long-term quality goals.
Continuous Integration & Deployment (CI/CD) Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab or similar. Integrate automated testing into building pipelines to ensure continuous quality checks.
Specialized Testing Expertise Conduct API testing using tools like Postman.
Domain Expertise Ensure quality in domain-specific platforms such as Salesforce.
Work on applications with complex integrations and workflows.
