If so, you might become our new colleague at Hempel.

In Hempel, we develop and manufacture coating solutions for the protective, decorative, marine, container, industrial and yacht segments. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing, R&D, and quality control, to ensure customer satisfaction and product competitiveness.
  • Staying updated on the latest trends, technologies, and regulations in the coatings industry.

Paint formulation is a science as well as an art. We anticipate that you will bring extensive understanding of coatings science and technology, skills to convert that fundamental understanding into technologies and coating formulation advances, as well as creativity and insight.

In your attitude to your work, you must be proactive and results-oriented. We value collaboration, and you are at ease working with both internal and external partners. This necessitates a positive attitude and genuine concern for others around you, while never losing sight of the overarching goal of our endeavors.

Moreover, you should have:

  • A bachelor’s degree or higher in chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in coatings formulation, preferably in the area of industrial protective coatings.
