Digital Marketing Manager for a Data Protection Company in Australia (Home Based Part Time)

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Experience planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta and Instagram
  • Proficiency with HubSpot CRM, including building automated workflows, nurturing sequences, pipelines, lifecycle stages, reporting, and attribution
  • Strong content creation and social media management skills using Canva or similar tools, with ability to maintain a brand-aligned content calendar
  • Knowledge of SEO, landing page optimization, email marketing, and analytics (CPL, conversions, ROI) with ability to provide weekly performance reporting

• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, messaging, and audience targeting to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Build, maintain, and optimize automated workflows and nurture sequences using HubSpot CRM.
• Manage customer pipelines, lifecycle stages, reporting, and marketing attribution within HubSpot.
• Create, design, and schedule engaging content for social media platforms using Canva or similar tools.
• Maintain a consistent content calendar and brand presence across digital channels.
• Support SEO initiatives, website updates, landing page optimization, and email marketing campaigns.
• Track key performance metrics such as cost per lead (CPL), conversions, and campaign ROI, while providing weekly performance reports and insights.
