This is a focused, outcome-driven position where you’ll own the CRM engine, eliminate manual admin drag across the business, and use cutting-edge automation and AI tools to 10x your impact.

This is a core operational leadership role covering CRM architecture, cross-system connectivity, and process optimization. You aren't just moving data from one field to another; you are designing the complete commercial pipeline—mastering lead routing, data hygiene, trigger logic, and dashboard visibility to keep the entire business aligned.
You’ll take the lead on:
HubSpot Architecture & Cleanup: Running full system audits and executing deep cleanups of properties, pipelines, deal stages, and lifecycle data.
End-to-End Process Design: Mapping and rebuilding the entire lead lifecycle from the moment a lead arrives from web forms, phone, or third-party sources to final deal close.
Cross-System Connectivity: Linking HubSpot cleanly to email, calendar, quoting, and job-management systems via Zapier or Make to eradicate duplicate data entry.
AI Workflow Integration: Implementing practical AI-enhanced workflows (like automated email triage or lead qualification notes) that genuinely lift output and eliminate repeatable manual tasks.
Reporting & Operational Visibility: Standing up automated, executive-facing commercial dashboards in HubSpot tracking lead volumes, source mix, and conversion rates.
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Documenting connections into clean, plain-English one-page guides so non-technical team members can execute flawlessly.
This Role Is a Great Fit If You:
Are a Process Architect: You instinctively think past a "single-step" automation, mapping out the full flow while anticipating edge cases, data breaks, and operational bottlenecks.
Are an Integration Specialist: You possess deep, battle-tested muscle in HubSpot CRM paired with multi-step Zapier or Make logic.
Are an AI-Adaptive Operator: You fluidly use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and native AI modules within Make/Zapier to move real operational metrics, not just chat.
Have 3–5 years of experience in CRM administration and business automation, ideally within a fast-paced trade, construction, or SMB setting.
Are High-Accountability: You manage your own automation backlog, lead weekly progress syncs with leadership, and value simple, highly adopted systems over complex bloat.
Communicate with elite fluency and possess the confidence to respectfully push back when an operational idea adds more friction than value.

After 60–90 Days:
The CRM is Fortified: A comprehensive HubSpot audit has been shipped, the database is scrubbed clean, and broken workflows are permanently repaired.
Production is Seamless: The end-to-end lead flow is fully operational with zero unrouted leads, and automated handoffs between sales and scheduling run flawlessly.
Impact is Measured: The connected ecosystem has achieved a measurable reduction in manual data entry, saving the team at least 10+ hours per week.
Trust is Earned: The director confidently runs weekly leadership reviews directly off your automated HubSpot dashboards without manual data manipulation.
