Responsibilities

  • Attend client and internal immersion/briefings; define the content calendar for assigned projects; maintain CMS/assets and oversee publishing of high-volume written content, videos and photos; liaise with Accounts and Web Teams on article progress.
  • Review recently published content to ensure editorial and SEO standards; update the homepage weekly and refresh site sections monthly for seasonal relevance.
  • Plan and coordinate article production with the studio to ensure high-quality imagery and video and meet production deadlines; support transcreation and translation as needed.
  • Write SEO-optimized articles and engaging video content per the content plan; optimize content with SEO best practices and contribute to newsletters; collaborate with clients during review processes and with the GPC/studio teams on design, SEO guidelines, and overall content strategy.

Why the job exists 

 

  • To edit and create content that is SEO optimised on the site to boost traffic. 
  • To support the Managing Editor APAC in management of content and team (when required). 
  • To be a gatekeeper of editorial quality on site.  

 

What the job covers 

 

  • Writing content based on performance reporting and market needs. 
  • Maintenance of the assigned websites, ensuring it is up to date editorially and with the latest products. 
  • Communication with clients and brands. 
  • Monitoring search trends for new opportunities to grow traffic.  
  • Creative content ideation for ways to build the brand and support Client’s goals. 
  • Liaise with the SEO team to identify key areas of optimisation and content creation. 
  • Working with the Editorial team to align the monthly publishing plan. 

 

Responsibilities 

 

  • Attend immersion/briefing meetings with client and internally
      
  • Help to define the content calendar for the upcoming assigned projects.
      
  • Help maintain a CMS platform and asset bank, as well as oversee publishing a high volume of written content, videos, and
    photos
      
  • Liase with Accounts Team and Web Team with regards to article progress and submission 
  • Reviewing all recently published content to ensure editorial and SEO standards are met. 
  • Updating the homepage weekly.  
  • Updating all areas of the site monthly for seasonal freshness, including: main category pages, navigation items, product carousels. 
  • Help to planning and creating the article production and coordinating with the studio to ensure high quality and relevant imagery.
  • Help to guarantee production deadline and targets for the Greenpark projects.
      
  • Assisting on the transcreation and translation of content.
      
  • Write SEO-optimised-articles (e.g. food hacks, lifestyle articles, health & wellness etc.) along with engaging videos based on the content plan, working along with the client on the review process.
      
  • Optimisation and create of articles using SEO best practice as required. 
  • Creation of newsletters that align with key editorial narrative and audience needs. 
  • Help to organise and manage internal processes between teams and freelancers.
      
  • Collaborate with the GPC team on the design of the project (including site sessions, categories, and speech alignment), calendar planning, SEO and technical guidelines and execution, and content production.
      
  • Acting as a brand guardian, ensuring the highest and most resonant quality bar for all content at all time.
      
  • Collaborate with the studio team attending and helping to ensure the photoshoot/ video shoot is done accordingly with the client's needs.
