Junior Fullstack Developer

Location: Remote in Latam
Job Type: Full-Time Employee or Contractor
Contract Type: Full-time Colombian Labor Contract or Contractor

Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing frontend and backend components under guidance from senior developers.
Implement UI designs using React/TypeScript or similar frameworks.
Support the development of APIs and integrations.
Help with bug fixing, testing, and documenting new features.
Participate in code reviews to learn best practices and coding standards.
Collaborate with team members in Agile ceremonies.

Technical Requirements

+1 years of experience in software development (internship, projects, or professional).
Exposure to frontend technologies (JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Angular, or Vue).
Familiarity with backend languages (Node.js, Python, Go, or Java).
Understanding of REST APIs and basic database knowledge (SQL/NoSQL).
Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.

General Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
