Full-Stack Developer

Toplent helps companies scale faster by connecting them with exceptional remote professionals from SEA, LATAM, and South Africa. We are currently collaborating with a client who is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Full-Stack Developer to join their team on a full-time remote basis.

Responsibilities:

• 💻 Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications across the full stack (front-end and back-end)
• ⚙️ Write clean, efficient, and reusable code while following best practices and coding standards
• 🛠️ Build and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services to support application functionality
• 🎨 Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver seamless user experiences
• 🔍 Debug, test, and optimize applications to ensure high performance, reliability, and security
• 📊 Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and continuously improve development processes
• 🚀 Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend solutions to enhance product performance and scalability

Required Skills:

• 👨‍💻 Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer or similar role, with strong front-end and back-end development expertise
• 🌐 Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React, Angular, or Vue)
• ⚙️ Solid knowledge of back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java, or PHP, and frameworks like Express, Django, or Spring Boot
• 🗄️ Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL) such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
• ☁️ Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
• 🛡️ Understanding of application security, scalability, and performance optimization
• 🧩 Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
• 🤝 Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a remote, cross-functional team
