About WABB.in:

WABB is an innovative chatbot builder for WhatsApp, designed to revolutionize customer interaction for businesses. WABB is expanding its reach to India with the aim of automating sales and customer support for over 20,000 companies through our user-friendly platform. We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our inbound sales pipeline and work closely with the Head of Sales.

Position Overview:

We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 1-3 years of experience in SaaS sales, inside sales, or lead qualification. The ideal candidate will be responsible for qualifying inbound leads, engaging with potential customers, setting up demos, and closing deals to drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Qualification: Process and qualify inbound leads, ensuring they meet sales-readiness criteria.

Demo Scheduling & Product Pitching: Engage with potential customers, schedule demos, and deliver compelling product presentations.

Closing Deals: Assist in converting qualified leads into paying customers by handling objections and guiding them toward purchase.

Pipeline Management: Maintain and update CRM records, tracking lead progression and ensuring high conversion rates.

Engagement & Follow-ups: Communicate with leads via WhatsApp, email, and phone to nurture interest and drive sales.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to optimize lead handovers and conversion strategies.

Market Insights: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.

Qualifications:
