Responsibilities

  • Develop cutting-edge campaign strategies by translating brand goals into creative concepts and multi-platform content strategies; use data, audience insights, and trends to inform direction and maximize performance; lead brainstorming sessions and guide teams from idea conception to execution.
  • Bridge creativity and analytics by analyzing past campaigns to identify what works and why; collaborate with data teams to track KPIs, optimize performance, and iterate in real-time; balance bold ideas with measurable results.
  • Own multi-platform storytelling by developing strategies for social, digital, and paid media campaigns that resonate with target audiences; ensure content is platform-appropriate, attention-grabbing, and highly shareable; maintain consistency of voice, tone, and brand identity across all content.
  • Collaborate across teams by working closely with videographers, editors, influencers, and production teams to bring strategies to life; mentor and guide junior strategists to build a culture of creativity and strategic thinking.

Our 120-person team of creatives, strategists, and innovators is scaling fast, producing thousands of high-impact social videos every week for the world’s leading lifestyle, fashion, beauty, and DTC brands. With 50,000 sq. ft. of studio space in DTLA and a global network of influencers, we’re ready to 10x our output in 2026—and we need a Creative Strategist who can turn big ideas into breakthrough campaigns.

Content is only as strong as the strategy behind it. As Creative Strategist, you’ll be the architect of ideas that stop thumbs, drive engagement, and convert viewers into loyal customers. You’ll fuse data insights with cultural trends, shaping content that resonates across platforms while staying on-brand and ahead of the curve.

What You’ll Do

1. Develop Cutting-Edge Campaign Strategies

  • Translate brand goals into creative concepts and multi-platform content strategies.

  • Use data, audience insights, and trends to inform campaign direction and maximize performance.

  • Lead brainstorming sessions and guide teams from idea conception to execution.

3. Own Multi-Platform Storytelling

  • Develop strategies for social, digital, and paid media campaigns that resonate with target audiences.

  • Ensure creative ideas are platform-appropriate, attention-grabbing, and highly shareable.

  • Maintain consistency of voice, tone, and brand identity across all content.

4. Collaborate Across Teams

  • Work closely with videographers, editors, influencers, and production teams to bring strategies to life.

  • Serve as the creative lens for brand partnerships, translating business objectives into compelling content.

  • Mentor and guide junior strategists to build a culture of creativity and strategic thinking.

5. Stay Ahead of Culture & Trends

  • Monitor emerging trends in social media, digital storytelling, and audience behavior.

  • Identify opportunities for innovation and experiment with new content formats.

  • Bring “what’s next” thinking into every campaign and strategy session.
