  • Hybrid editing and compositing: integrate AI assets into video timelines; fix AI artifacts with After Effects/Photoshop; upscale/interpolate footage to 4K using Topaz Video AI
  • Rapid concepting and bleeding-edge workflows: render AI animatics to visualize final commercials pre-shoot; test new models and build efficient AI pipelines (e.g., ComfyUI) for team use

Our 120-person team of creatives, strategists, and innovators produces thousands of high-impact campaigns weekly for the world’s leading lifestyle, fashion, beauty, and DTC brands. With 50,000 sq. ft. of DTLA studios and a global influencer network, we’re ready to 10x our output in 2026—and we need an AI Content Creator who lives on the bleeding edge of generative technology to build visuals that were previously impossible, expensive, or slow to produce.

Why This Role Matters

The barrier between imagination and reality has dissolved. As our AI Content Creator, you are the pioneer of our "Synthetic Production" arm. You aren't just writing prompts; you are integrating generative video, image, and audio tools into professional commercial workflows.

You will help us scale content production by generating hyper-realistic B-roll, impossible environments, and rapid-fire concepts that speed up our entire creative engine. If you spend your nights on Discord testing new models and your days dreaming of ComfyUI workflows, this is your launchpad.

What You’ll Do

  1. Generate High-Fidelity Assets

    • Create stunning, photo-real images and video clips using Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway (Gen-2/Gen-3), Pika, and Sora (as available).

    • Generate specific creative assets: product backgrounds, atmospheric B-roll, and surreal visual effects that blend seamlessly with live-action footage.

    • Utilize AI audio tools (ElevenLabs, Suno) to generate realistic voice-overs and custom background tracks for testing and final delivery.

  2. Hybrid Editing & Compositing

    • Take AI-generated assets and integrate them into video timelines.

    • Use After Effects and Photoshop to "fix" AI artifacts (glitchy hands, text errors) and composite products into AI-generated environments.

    • Upscale and interpolate footage (Topaz Video AI) to ensure all AI output meets broadcast 4K standards.

  3. Rapid Concepting & Storyboarding

    • Replace traditional stick-figure storyboards with fully rendered AI animatics, allowing clients to visualize the final commercial before we even turn on a camera.

    • Speed up the pre-production process by visualizing lighting setups and set designs virtually.

  4. Stay on the Bleeding Edge

    • Constantly test new models, LoRAs, and control nets. You are the agency's R&D department for creativity.

    • Build efficient workflows (e.g., ComfyUI pipelines) that allow other editors to utilize AI tools easily.

Who You Are

  1. A "Prompt Engineer" & Artist

    • You have a deep understanding of prompt syntax, negative prompting, seeds, and weights. You know how to get exactly what you want from the AI.

    • You have a strong foundation in traditional art/photography principles (composition, lighting, color theory)—AI is just your brush.

  2. Technically Versatile

    • Proficiency in Midjourney, Runway, and ElevenLabs is required.

    • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. You need to be able to use what you generate.

    • Experience with Stable Diffusion (Automatic1111 or ComfyUI) is a massive plus.

  3. Problem Solver

    • AI is unpredictable. You have the patience to iterate 50 times to get the perfect 3-second clip.

    • You know how to troubleshoot consistency issues (keeping a character's face the same across multiple shots).

  4. Ethically Aware

    • You understand the legal landscape of AI. You know how to create commercially safe content (avoiding copyright infringement or deepfaking real celebrities without permission).
