Job description

This is a remote position.

Are you a thoughtful content producer with a passion for personal development, an editorial ear for transformational teaching, and fluency with modern content tools — including AI — to help us bring forward a 50-year body of work?

Brave Thinking Institute is growing our content team to bring forward an extraordinary body of transformational teaching with the care and consistency our students deserve. This role is for someone who can collaborate with our faculty, draw from our existing teachings, and use modern content tools — including AI — fluently and thoughtfully to produce the weekly Brave Thinking Masters (BTM) lessons, support new programs and curriculum uplevels, and contribute to live event content.

About Us

At Brave Thinking Institute, we have helped tens of thousands of people transform their lives through Mary Morrissey's teachings — drawn from more than 50 years of study, over 40 years of teaching, and nearly 20 years of Brave Thinking Masters and Brave Thinking Institute program delivery. Mary and our faculty remain the source of every teaching, story, framework, and coaching breakthrough. Modern tools — including AI — are the leverage layer that lets us bring that body of work forward with greater speed and precision, so faculty can focus on the live craft of teaching, coaching, and creating, and so our students experience Brave Thinking with even greater fidelity.

You are not just generating Brave Thinking. You are protecting it, organizing it, and bringing it forward. You are stewarding the next evolution of Brave Thinking.

Key Responsibilities

Primary: Brave Thinking Masters Weekly Production

Drive the AI workflow that draws from the BTM corpus to produce the weekly lesson outline and PowerPoint draft

Curate teaching stories and source supporting videos for each lesson (with AI surfacing candidates)

Produce the Think Bravely, Act Boldly Guide, the weekly student email, and dashboard engagement questions — assembled and finalized to faculty-ready quality

Partner with faculty to refine AI-shaped assets through iteration cycles

Bring loving care and a trained ear to every asset, so each one sounds and feels like Brave Thinking

New Product Development & Existing Content Uplevels

Collaborate, ideate, and contribute creatively to the production and assembly of curriculum assets for new and existing programs, drawing on approved source material and AI-assisted workflows

Lead AI-augmented up levels of existing curriculum content

Provide content development support for live events — scripts, decks, participant guides, and supporting materials

AI Workflow & Continuous Improvement

Build, refine, and document the AI prompts and workflows that surface, organize, and shape BTI's teaching for delivery

Capture lessons learned each week and continuously improve the system as the AI toolkit matures

Work Environment

     Remote, full-time, US business hours (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, minimum 40 hours/week).

Occasional nights, weekends, and travel for events and filming.

     Distraction-free, professional home office setup.

     Non-compete agreement required.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

High AI fluency, with primary comfort in Claude Cowork (Claude Code is a plus). Active daily use; skillful prompting and critical evaluation of AI output.

Passion for personal development and transformational teaching, with working knowledge of personal development philosophies and technologies — you can speak the language and you genuinely care about this work.

Strong editorial judgment — you can take an AI-shaped draft and bring it to delivery-ready quality.

Excellent written communication; impeccable grammar, syntax, and pacing.

     Advanced PowerPoint skills.

Self-directed; able to ship substantial deliverables weekly under deadline.

Comfort with ambiguity and a rapidly evolving AI toolkit — willingness to keep evolving as it matures.

A Plus

     BTI Certified Coach.

Fluency or awareness in Brave Thinking principles, methodology, or Mary Morrissey's work.

     Curriculum or instructional design background.

Experience producing content for a coaching, training, or transformational education organization.

Experience with AI workflow tools (n8n, Agentic workflows, custom GPTs, automation platforms).

What This Role Is Not

Not an AI-generates-Brave-Thinking role — the foundation is over 50 years of Mary Morrissey's study and teaching. AI leverages that body of work; it is not the source of it.

Not a from-scratch writing or research-by-hand role — you draw from and shape an existing corpus with AI surfacing source material.

Not a faculty replacement — faculty owns teaching judgment; this role serves them.

Not a static role — the work will evolve as our tools mature.

Application Process

Submit your resume, cover letter, and portfolio to careers@bravethinkinginstitute.com.

Portfolio: A representative range of your work — curriculum, lesson outlines, scripts, decks, guidebooks, articles, books, or videos. Links and websites accepted.

Required AI sample: At least one piece of content you produced with AI assistance (Claude preferred), with a brief note on your prompts and workflow. We're looking for evidence of how you actually work with AI — not just polished output.

Final candidates will complete a small, compensated project.
