Manage and follow up on WhatsApp, email, and internal messages promptly; track all open items, requests, and deadlines across multiple companies; maintain the GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM and ensure Google Drive is well-organized with clean folder structures and accessible links.
Prepare concise daily summaries for the founder outlining completed tasks, pending items, and blockers; provide a weekly high-level overview of all active deals and ongoing projects.
Support meeting preparation, contracts, and related documentation; produce follow-up and bottleneck reports highlighting risks and delays; ensure each deal and project has clearly defined next actions.

A company based in Bali that supports multiple businesses across construction, real estate development, brokerage, and investment operations is looking for an Executive Assistant to serve as the central coordination point for day-to-day operations.

What You'll Be Doing: As an Executive Assistant, you will serve as the central point of coordination for the organization, overseeing communications, follow-ups, CRM accuracy, documentation, and reporting. This role requires a proactive and reliable professional who can manage priorities effectively, anticipate needs, and operate independently once fully onboarded, while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and clarity in all interactions.
Daily Responsibilities
Manage and follow up on WhatsApp, email, and internal messages promptly
Track all open items, requests, and deadlines across multiple companies
Proactively follow up with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal team members
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM
