Today, he leads JC Davis Power, a growing company that provides temporary off grid power, climate control, and lighting solutions for commercial and industrial construction projects.
We are looking for a highly capable and proactive Personal & Executive Assistant who thrives working independently and can serve as a trusted right hand to a driven entrepreneur. While the primary focus of this role is supporting Jeff's personal life, you'll also provide executive support that helps keep both Jeff and the business running smoothly. It requires someone who is resourceful, adaptable, and comfortable managing a wide variety of responsibilities.

As our assistant, you'll become the person Jeff relies on to keep both his business and personal life running smoothly. You'll handle the logistics, coordination, and follow through that allow him to stay focused on high impact leadership, confidently delegating the countless details that keep everything running behind the scenes. This role requires someone who takes ownership, thinks ahead, and consistently delivers work that meets the high standard Jeff expects.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Providing personal support, including coordinating food, dry cleaning, appointments, and similar needs
- Managing property care and administrative needs for two residential properties and a small office, including coordinating local help for tasks like mail pickup, deliveries, vendor coordination, and other local errands
- Managing and prioritizing Jeff's email inbox
- Managing Jeff's calendar and protecting time for his highest priority work
- Booking and coordinating travel arrangements
- Handling ad hoc purchasing, both personal and company related, including office supplies, furniture, and other items
- Acting as a gatekeeper by filtering unnecessary meetings, tasks, and communications
- Preparing for and coordinating meetings, including weekly leadership calls and quarterly in person meetings
- Preparing Jeff for company visits, meetings, and other key events
- Monitoring Slack for direction, updates, and items needing attention
- Taking action on routine and non routine tasks and following through to completion
- Maintaining and updating an employee "look book" with photos and descriptions
- Completing general administrative tasks that help simplify Jeff's day and keep things moving

- A clear and concise communicator who keeps updates high level unless more detail is needed
- Comfortable with direct communication and providing honest, constructive feedback
- Thoughtful and objective, capable of handling sensitive communications with professionalism and discretion
- Comfortable working with high level individuals and representing the company with confidence
- A natural gatekeeper who knows what deserves attention and what doesn't
- Able to manage competing demands and skilled at protecting executive time
- Values quality results over simply staying busy
- Flexible, adaptable, and calm under pressure, able to shift priorities as the day demands
- Must be tech savvy and quick to pick up new tools and software
- Experience supporting an individual or family directly, such as in a personal assistant, family office, or private household role, is a plus, though the traits above matter more than the title on a resume

Position Details
- This is a W2 employee position
- Benefits include: Medical (fully paid for employee and family), Dental/Vision (employee paid), PTO, Sick Time, Paid Holidays, and 401(k) with 4% match
- Additional benefits include life insurance, company phone, company-provided tools, equipment, and technology, company credit card, and discretionary performance bonus
- The position is 40 hours per week
- Flexible eight hour workdays with availability between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm ET
- The salary for this position is $80,000 annually
- Travel is required approximately 3 to 5 weeks per year for quarterly meetings and events
- You must be able to pass a background check
- We are looking for someone to become a long-term (3+ years) team member
