Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our global finance team. This role combines day-to-day accounting responsibilities with a modern, technology-driven approach to finance operations, including process improvement, automation, and the use of advanced digital and AI-based tools.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment while supporting accounting activities related to Israeli entities and operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily bookkeeping activities and maintain accurate financial records
  • Process local and international vendor payments
  • Book expense invoices and issue customer invoices
  • Perform bank, intercompany, and credit card reconciliations
  • Prepare payroll journal entries and support month-end and year-end closing activities
  • Support reporting and compliance requirements related to Israeli operations
  • Work with ERP systems and finance platforms to ensure data accuracy and operational efficiency
  • Support process improvement initiatives, automation projects, and implementation of AI-driven finance tools
  • Collaborate with global teams and external service providers
  • Support quarterly and annual closing
  • Perform additional finance and administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
  • Fluent English, written and spoken
  • Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite); experience with global ERP platforms is an advantage
  • Strong Excel and computer skills
  • Experience in global and multi-currency environments — advantage
  • Experience supporting bookkeeping activities for Israeli companies or familiarity with Israeli accounting processes — advantage
  • Interest in technology, automation, and AI-driven tools within finance operations
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and ownership
