Our client, a fast-growing and innovative company operating within the iGaming and Crypto space, is looking to appoint an experienced Chief Product Officer (CPO) to lead and shape the future of its global product organisation.

This is a pivotal executive position reporting directly to senior leadership and sitting at executive committee level. The successful candidate will own the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap across a portfolio spanning Casino, Sportsbook, Crypto, Payments, and Customer Experience products.

The business is built around delivering seamless customer experiences through data-driven personalisation, fast execution, and a strong player-first philosophy. This is an opportunity to join a company where Product plays a central role in business growth and strategic direction.

Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision

  • Define and own the long-term product vision and roadmap across Casino and Sportsbook verticals

  • Translate market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence into differentiated product strategies

  • Drive acquisition, engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value initiatives

  • Present strategic updates and product performance at Executive and Board level

  • Champion a data-driven and player-centric product culture

Casino Product Ownership

  • Lead and oversee the full Casino product portfolio including:

    • Slots

    • Live Casino

    • Table Games

    • Originals

    • Crash games

    • Crypto-native gaming products

  • Drive content strategy with external providers and studios

  • Optimise lobby experience, promotional mechanics, and retention initiatives

Sportsbook Product Leadership

  • Own end-to-end Sportsbook product strategy

  • Lead initiatives across:

    • Pre-match and live betting

    • Bet Builder

    • Cash Out functionality

    • Live streaming integrations

    • User engagement features

  • Partner closely with Trading and Sports Operations teams

Crypto & Payments Experience

  • Drive a seamless crypto journey covering deposits, withdrawals, wallet experiences, and user onboarding

  • Work closely with technical teams and external blockchain partners

  • Evaluate opportunities across:

    • Crypto payment innovation

    • Layer 2 solutions

    • DeFi integrations

    • Emerging technologies

  • Continuously reduce friction points across onboarding and payment flows

Customer Experience & Product Performance

  • Champion intuitive and engaging UX experiences across mobile and web platforms

  • Oversee:

    • User research

    • A/B testing

    • Experimentation programmes

    • Product analytics

  • Own product KPIs including:

    • Activation

    • Retention

    • Session metrics

    • Feature adoption

    • NPS

    • Revenue contribution

Leadership & Team Development

  • Build, mentor, and scale high-performing Product, UX, and Analytics teams

  • Foster a culture of ownership, experimentation, and continuous improvement

  • Work cross-functionally with Technology, Marketing, Payments, Operations, and Commercial teams

  • Drive alignment between product vision and wider business goals

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive Product leadership experience

  • Minimum 5+ years in senior leadership roles within iGaming

  • Strong experience across Casino and/or Sportsbook products

  • Previous exposure to Crypto-native or Crypto-enabled products

  • Strong understanding of:

    • Blockchain payment flows

    • Wallet experiences

    • Crypto user behaviour

  • Proven experience building and scaling successful B2C products internationally

  • Strong commercial mindset with experience connecting product strategy to business outcomes

  • Experience leading cross-functional product teams across multiple geographies

  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills

  • Experience with:

    • Product analytics

    • KPI ownership

    • Experimentation frameworks

    • Data-driven product decisions

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to multiple regulatory jurisdictions

  • Familiarity with AML / KYC and responsible gaming frameworks

  • Experience with:

    • Crash games

    • Esports betting

    • AI-driven personalisation

    • Prediction markets

    • Social gaming features

  • Experience managing external providers and gaming studios

  • Background within Fintech, Payments, or Financial Services environments
