Job description

This is a remote position.

BGTS International Business Unit is looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management Consultant to join our growing team based in Turkey, the UK, and the EU. Our teams support many clients across different industries in the UK and EU, delivering innovative HR technology solutions and transformation projects.

Join us in helping global organizations optimize their HR processes and employee experience through SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management solutions. We are looking for professionals who are passionate about HR technologies, process improvement, and delivering high-quality implementations in collaborative international environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management modules, especially Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, and Onboarding
  • Support additional modules such as Recruiting, Learning, Compensation, and Opportunity Marketplace when applicable
  • Analyze and map As-Is and To-Be business processes
  • Apply SAP SuccessFactors best practices and recommend process improvements
  • Customize the system to align with organizational policies and business requirements
  • Manage user permissions and role-based security within Talent Management modules
  • Collaborate with global business leaders and HR teams to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions
  • Conduct workshops and stakeholder meetings to collect detailed business requirements
  • Provide training sessions to HR teams and end users on system functionalities
  • Prepare training materials, user guides, and provide ongoing user support
  • Stay updated with the latest SAP SuccessFactors features, releases, and industry best practices
  • Participate in system upgrades, testing activities, and release management processes
  • Prepare test scripts, review release notes, and communicate system changes to HR stakeholders
  • Plan and manage projects related to the deployment and enhancement of SAP SuccessFactors Talent modules


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management modules
  • Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, and Onboarding 2.0
  • Deep understanding of SAP SuccessFactors best practices and Talent Management processes
  • Experience working closely with business stakeholders and HR teams in international environments
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Experience delivering user training and supporting change management activities
  • Knowledge of SAP IAS/IPS, People Analytics, and SAP CPI is considered a plus
  • Project management experience; related certifications are a plus
  • Professional level of English (spoken and written)

Preferred Certifications

  • SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals
  • SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP SuccessFactors Succession and Development
  • SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0
  • Additional SAP SuccessFactors certifications, especially Compensation, are considered a plus
