Job description

Hello!

We are thrilled to learn of your interest in returning to Novo! The HR team is here to help facilitate the process of gathering materials that will aid the discernment team in deciding your return. Since you are former staff, the discernment team is already familiar with your history, therefore the process has been streamlined and specifically designed to highlight your calling, experience, gifts, and the perspectives gained during your time away - using a holistic approach of gathering personal details from you and allowing those who know you well to testify of your personal character, spiritual and emotional well being.

What to Expect:

 1. Application. This is your opportunity to tell us in what has prompted your return to Novo and areas in which God has grown and shaped you during your time away.

2. Life History Questionnaire.  It's been a few years since you were a part of the Novo team, so gaining a new look at your personal history and how your story has shaped you and prepared you for ministry will be especially insightful for the discernment team.

3. References. Asking those who know you personally and professionally to state their observations about you provides a keen perspective of how you are perceived by others and especially helpful to the team. We ask that your references not include relatives or Novo staff.

4. Final Discernment: The final step is to meet with the discernment team for the Day of Discernment (DoD) and further discuss your ministry calling and prayerfully consider your future with Novo.

To begin, click on Apply for this Job. Don't worry - this is not a formal employment application; it's simply the system used to gather information. Please be aware that you must complete the application in one sitting. The system will not allow you to save and complete your application at a later time.

If you would like more details or have questions, please don't hesitate to contact us at hr@novo.org.
