  • Act as the primary point of contact for content creators, liaising to monitor campaign progress, ensure timely deliverables, and confirm social postings.
  • Compile and present post-campaign reports summarizing key metrics and creator performance.

Job description

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Influencer Marketing Freelancer to support our seeding operations in Singapore! This is a flexible and remote-friendly role, where you’ll coordinate camera unit deliveries and returns, ensuring the right equipment reaches the right creators smoothly and on time. If you have relevant influencer marketing experience, enjoy coordinating behind-the-scenes operations, and are open to a freelancing opportunity, we’d love to have you on board!

What You’ll Do

  • Source and identify suitable content creators and micro-influencers to participate in various Seeding Campaigns across different verticals (e.g., Beauty, Food, Lifestyle, Tech).
  • Manage all logistical aspects, including preparing necessary materials for packing, arranging, and tracking the delivery of seeding kits to creators efficiently.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for content creators, liaising with them to monitor campaign progress, ensure timely delivery of deliverables, and confirm social media postings.
  • Compile and present comprehensive post-campaign reports, summarizing key metrics and creator performance.

Who You Are

  • Deep familiarity with major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and the current content creator landscape across different categories.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, particularly in managing logistics and tracking deliverables.
  • Experience: Entry-level. Experience in influencer marketing, PR, or campaign coordination will be a plus
