Requirements:

  • KPI Management: Meet monthly targets for the number of successful seeding placements.
  • On-site Logistics: Visit the office to arrange the delivery and handle the retrieval of camera units for each influencer.
  • Equipment Management: Maintain the inventory log, check the condition of returned units, and ensure the office stock is organized.
  • Reporting and Creator Coordination: Provide daily/weekly updates to the IM PIC regarding delivery status and equipment tracking, and act as the main point of contact for influencers regarding shipping timelines and equipment returns.

Job description

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Influencer Marketing Freelancer to support our seeding operations in Malaysia! This is a flexible and remote-friendly role, where you’ll work closely with the Regional Influencer Marketing PIC to coordinate camera unit deliveries and returns, ensuring the right equipment reaches the right creators smoothly and on time. If you have relevant influencer marketing experience, enjoy coordinating behind-the-scenes operations, and are open to a freelancing opportunity, we’d love to have you on board!


What You’ll Do

  • Experience: Entry-level. Prior experience in influencer marketing, admin, or logistics is a plus.
