Our Client is an Australian-owned manufacturer and supplier specialising in window furnishings, blinds, shutters, awnings, and window covering systems.

JOB SUMMARY

The Brand & Marketing Specialist will be responsible for supporting the company’s marketing initiatives through content creation, email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and general marketing administration. This role will focus on developing engaging marketing materials, maintaining brand consistency, and assisting in the execution of digital marketing activities that help drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

The ideal candidate is creative, organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple marketing tasks in a fast-paced environment. A strong portfolio showcasing previous marketing and creative work is required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establish our client's brand strategy and brand identity for Australia and New Zealand 
  • Create and manage marketing content across digital platforms
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns and newsletters
  • Assist in content planning and campaign coordination
  • Create marketing collateral, graphics, and promotional materials aligned with brand guidelines
  • Support social media and digital marketing initiatives
  • Maintain and update marketing databases, mailing lists, and campaign records
  • Coordinate with internal teams regarding marketing requirements and timelines
  • Monitor campaign performance and assist with reporting and analytics
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed
  • Ensure all marketing materials maintain consistency with the company’s branding and messaging

  • Competent in graphic design and marketing design tools
